Nanoportadores híbridos termo/pH sensibles a partir del uso de soportes inorgánicos de magnetita y sílice para la liberación controlada de fármacos antineoplásicos.

Actualmente, existe una gran necesidad de preparar nanoportadores de fármacos antineoplásicos efectivos en la entrega selectiva del fármaco para mejorar su eficiencia terapéutica. Como resultado, se han diseñado nanoportadores híbridos mediante la conjugación de polímeros inteligentes con nanomateriales inorgánicos. Esto se debe a que la combinación de dos o más materiales puede mejorar sus propiedades y crear materiales con cualidades nuevas, únicas y superiores. Por lo tanto, aquí se presenta una breve revisión sobre el diseño de nanoportadores de fármacos antineoplásicos a partir de la conjugación de polímeros inteligentes con nanopartículas de magnetita (NPsFe3O4) y nanopartículas de sílices mesoporosas (MSN).
