Yacimientos y métodos extractivos para la recuperación de litio a partir de espodumenas. Una revisión.

Esta revisión tiene dos objetivos principales. El primero es poner en el contexto global, los dos tipos de yacimientos de litio como principales fuentes de extracción. El segundo, está enfocado principalmente en resumir los principales métodos de recuperación de litio a partir de espodumena. En lo que respecta a la espodumena, varios estudios se han realizado sobre la extracción de litio desde la α-espodumena en su forma natural, así como los pretratamientos utilizados para transformar a β- espodumena, proceso que influye de manera directa en la optimización del procesamiento y su extracción.
