Resumen

El uso extensivo de combustibles fósiles ha generado impactos ambientales significativos, lo que ha impulsado la búsqueda de fuentes de energía alternativas capaces de sustituirlos. Entre éstas, la energía solar ha surgido como una opción particularmente prometedora. En este estudio, se realizó una revisión de la literatura para evaluar el aprovechamiento de la energía solar como fuente limpia, así como los desafíos asociados a su implementación. Los diferentes tipos de energía solar y sus capacidades actuales fueron examinados de manera sistemática. Asimismo, se realizó un análisis de los principales desafíos y complejidades relacionados con su implementación a gran escala en aplicaciones cotidianas.
