Abstract

One of the pending issues –if not the most important– in today’s world in crisis of many kinds, is the regulation of human relations. This topic, an ever-present problem, has been addressed from philosophy, anthropology, sociology, and practically all human sciences. In the era of hyperinformation and conditioning in all areas of life, it is important to study the use of complex data processing systems, or what is currently called Deep Learning.

In the journey I have undertaken to write these lines, I have found that all paths in the knowledge and analysis of what has been called artificial intelligence necessarily lead us to ethics, education, law, and therefore, to place on the table the issue of coexistence among human beings. Now we not only need instruments to regulate human coexistence, but also legal instruments to regulate our relationship with machines – what a mess! The transformation of subjectivity and intersubjectivity through conditioning in the interaction with devices, applications, and software of all kinds and their dizzying –and at times overwhelming– advances, compel us to seriously consider the repercussions they are having in daily life, personal, school, work, and in all areas of our lives.
