The Revista Internacional & Comparada de Derechos Humanos is an open-access scientific journal. All published content is immediately, permanently, and freely available to the public without registration, in accordance with the following terms:
- Intellectual property and copyright
- Authors retain full copyright ownership of their manuscripts.
- Upon acceptance for publication, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and digital distribution of their work.
- Creative Commons Licensing
All manuscripts are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. This license allows readers and third parties to:
- Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
- Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material.
Under the following conditions:
- Attribution: Appropriate credit must be given, a link to the license provided, and an indication if changes were made.
- Non-commercial: The material may not be used for direct or indirect commercial purposes.

- Publication fees
The editorial process does not generate fees for any party involved:
- No submission fees: No fees are charged for manuscript submission or application
- No publication fees: All editorial processing, peer review management, and final editing are completely free
