Open access policy

The Revista Internacional & Comparada de Derechos Humanos is an open-access scientific journal. All published content is immediately, permanently, and freely available to the public without registration, in accordance with the following terms:

 

  1. Intellectual property and copyright
  • Authors retain full copyright ownership of their manuscripts.
  • Upon acceptance for publication, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and digital distribution of their work.

 

  1. Creative Commons Licensing

All manuscripts are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. This license allows readers and third parties to:

  • Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material.

Under the following conditions:

  • Attribution: Appropriate credit must be given, a link to the license provided, and an indication if changes were made.
  • Non-commercial: The material may not be used for direct or indirect commercial purposes.

  1. Publication fees

The editorial process does not generate fees for any party involved:

  • No submission fees: No fees are charged for manuscript submission or application
  • No publication fees: All editorial processing, peer review management, and final editing are completely free
