Ai has experienced significant growth recently, and due to its ongoing development, it can be applied in various fields, including law and particularly in the administration of justice. In this sense, Ai systems can assist the judiciary in effectively carrying out its ordinary functions and addressing various challenges it faces. Therefore, it is essential to understand the main practical implications of these Ai systems in the judiciary and the potential impact on human rights.
