Abstract

The exponential advance of Ai has fostered the need to know its existing regulations, with the aim of promoting its appropriate use, oriented towards ethical principles and the protection of human rights. Currently, there are many benefits obtained from Ai systems, however, it represents a great challenge of a legal nature at the time of assessing its progress and regulating it in favour of values such as human dignity and freedom. The current lack of regulations to control the development of Ai has led to the development of new laws in European countries.
