Institutional contingency and interoperability repository

As an internal mechanism for immediate response to potential incidents, server outages, or temporary technical failures of the OJS platform, the publishing institution maintains an alternate web infrastructure that is accessible to the public. In this institutional space, the final PDF files of all issues published since the journal’s founding are duplicated, archived, and preserved in their entirety, ensuring uninterrupted access to and consultation of the full texts.
