The creation of technology (software) on different platforms has changed the operational dynamics of organizations, allowing them to adapt to their needs. Companies can opt for different technologies that facilitate their administrative tasks. The literature consulted shows that the application of business software is customized for large companies, meeting their needs in a specific way, leaving as an option the packaged software of specific purpose for MSMEs. The objective of this study was to develop a standardized software tool as a means of internal control for micro, small and medium-sized commercial and industrial enterprises. Its scope is focused on providing a standardized economic technology for commercial and industrial MSMEs homogenizing their warehouse entries and exits process linked to purchases and sales. A OOP software development model with Scrum approach was applied, which allowed structuring, planning and controlling the process. The results express statistically significant time efficiency, demonstrating functionality in uncontrolled environments in industrial and commercial MSMEs. The limitations lie in modifications to the software for service SMEs. In relation to originality/value, a technological proposal is presented that starts from the standardization of the operational process of commercial and industrial MSMEs, providing access to technology as a means of control at low cost. The conclusions of this work determine the feasibility of applying free software focused on commercial and industrial MSMEs as a means of warehouse control linked to purchases and sales, favoring the economic operating process.
