Factores motivacionales como predictores de las intenciones de emprendimiento e innovación. El caso de una escuela de negocios del sur de Tamaulipas

El objetivo es determinar la función predictora de los factores motivacionales representados por la actitud, la norma subjetiva y el control conductual percibido en las intenciones de emprendimiento e innovación. En el segundo semestre de 2021 se recolectaron 167 cuestionarios en una escuela de negocios del sur de Tamaulipas para aplicar una modelación de ecuaciones estructurales. Los resultados mostraron que la actitud y el control conductual percibido predicen positivamente las intenciones de emprendimiento e innovación, mientras la norma subjetiva solo predice la intención de emprendimiento. La reflexión del estudio sugiere el cultivo de los factores motivacionales en los estudiantes para detonar su carácter emprendedor e innovador ampliándoles el abanico de posibilidades en su futura inserción en el mercado laboral.
